All of our natural diamonds are sourced through partners who strictly comply with the Kimberley Process and the World Diamond Council System of Warranties, which ensure that every diamond is: by government-validated documentation, in sealed, tamper-proof containers on all invoices.

Every MER Jewelry purchase includes a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty, ensuring your piece is free from defects in materials or craftsmanship at the time of delivery. We also stand behind the enduring brilliance of our lab-grown diamonds. Their clarity and fire will not fade or cloud over time. Each piece is crafted with intention, using ethically sourced materials and SCS-certified 100% recycled precious metals. Every item is thoroughly inspected before it leaves our hands.

Your MER Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty covers: Structural defects in materials or craftsmanship at the time of delivery. If we determine a manufacturing issue is present, we’ll repair or replace your piece at no cost and return it with complimentary insured shipping.

Our warranty does not cover damage due to wear and tear or outside factors, including: We always recommend insuring your jewelry to protect against loss, theft, or accidental damage. Loss of stones due to trauma or impact. Damage from misuse, improper cleaning, or exposure to chemicals (perfume, chlorine, hot tubs, etc.). Fading, scratching, or discoloration over time from regular wear, work performed by any third-party jeweler or service provider not affiliated with MER.

We want your ring to feel as perfect as the promise it represents. Free resizing within 30 days of shipment for U.S. orders. Beyond the initial resizing, we’re happy to resize your ring once per year for a lifetime—free of charge. You simply cover the cost of shipping it to us, and we’ll send it back on us. Please note: resizing may not be possible in all cases, especially if a ring has been previously altered multiple times.
